Glenwood Sunday Market's mission is to make sustainable, regionally produced foods available to our community. Through an integrated relationship of food, education and community they realize their vision for an environmentally engaged neighborhood.
The market operates outdoors weekly from the first Sunday in June to the last Sunday in October on southbound Glenwood Avenue between Morse and Lunt in the Glenwood Ave Arts District.
Rogers Park's new farmers' market is among the greenest markets in the City of Chicago, featuring entirely organic and locally grown produce. The market defines locally grown as within 200 miles of Rogers Park.
Visit the vendors page of the Market website to start getting to know your farmers and food artisans. Neighbors are encouraged you to engage the farmers at the market and ask them questions. They hold a wealth of knowledge about food preparation and what is in-season in our region.
Each week features a variety of live entertainment, a Green Tent, and childrens' activities. Check the calendar for scheduled events.
See you at the Market!
