Festival Volunteers Needed

This Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest is only made possible by the time and effort of countless volunteers.   If you add it up over 10 years, there have literally been tens of thousands of hours invested in this grassroots artists' fest!

We need volunteers to help with the following activities:

Friday afternoon set up team (moving tables and chairs to vendor spaces)
Vendor check-in, Saturday morning
Vendor greeters, Saturday and Sunday morning
Vendor departure assistance, Saturday and Sunday evening
Vendor booth-sitting for brief vendor breaks.  Saturday and Sunday 12pm-9pm
Break down, Sunday beginning 9pm
Shifts are for 2-4 hours:

Friday, August 19 - 2pm-6pm (set up tables and chairs)
Saturday, August 20,  8am - 12pm (vendor check-in, greeting, assistance)
Saturday, August 20, 12pm-4pm or 4pm-8pm (vendor booth-sitting)
Saturday, August 20, 8pm - 10pm (vendor departure assistance)
Sunday, August 21,   8am-12pm (vendor greeting, assistance)
Sunday, August 21, 12pm - 4pm or 4pm - 8pm (vendor booth-siitting)
Sunday, August 21,  8pm-10pm (vendor departure assistance)
Sunday, August 21, 9pm - 11:30pm (break down: collecting tables and chairs)

Volunteers will receive a fabulous, one-of-a-kind Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest t-shirt to wear during their shift (and to keep).
