August 16th - 18th, 2024

WHO

The Glenwood Avenue Arts Festival (GAAF) is a broad-based, grassroots, nonprofit event planned and staffed by volunteers.  The event is free to the public with no admission fee, suggested donation, or gated point of entry.  GAAF performances, artist demonstrations, and children’s creative arts activities and materials are free for the public to enjoy.  Local and regional sponsor support underwrites festival production expenses and ensures artists’ participation costs are kept to a minimum.

WHAT

Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest is a free, weekend-long event that features artists, open studios, and live entertainment on multiple outdoor stages.  Experience art, performance, and music, as well as food and drink, on the cobblestone streets of the Glenwood Avenue Arts District in Rogers Park.  More than 120 artists and merchants display their original wares.  The event attracts 10,000+ attendees over the weekend.

WHERE

GAAF takes place in the Glenwood Avenue Arts District, in the heart of Rogers Park along Glenwood and Morse avenues (6900N / 1400W), steps from the CTA Red Line Morse L stop.  Our event is accessible to people with disabilities.
