The 23rd annual Fest will take place the weekend of August 16-18, 2024.

Friday 8/16: 6pm-10pm Friday Night Cobblestone Jam

Saturday 8/17: 11am to 9pm Artists' Market

Sunday 8/18: 11am to 7pm Artists' Market

Volunteers

This Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest is only made possible by the time and effort of countless volunteers. The Fest needs volunteers for 2024!

Friday set up team (moving tables and chairs to vendor spaces)
Vendor check-in, Saturday morning
Vendor greeters, Saturday and Sunday morning
Vendor departure assistance, Saturday and Sunday evening
Vendor booth-sitting for brief vendor breaks. Saturday and Sunday
Break down, Sunday beginning 7pm

Volunteers will receive a fabulous, one-of-a-kind Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest t-shirt.

A volunteer training session will be held the week prior to the Festival on Monday at 7pm and Thursday at 10am. Volunteers should plan to attend one of the two sessions.
